I play the PS3 version of Destiny.
There is a problem with the eye color of female Exo Guardians. The eye color while in the Tower is not the same eye color chosen during the character creation.
Note: The eye color during cut scenes is correct. It is the eye color outside of cut scenes while in the Tower that is not correct.
Note: NPC Female Exos seem to be unaffected by the glitch.
I was originally trying to use the white or steel skin color with the dim blue eye color. When I got to the tower I noticed that my female Exo’s eyes were white instead of the dim blue I had chosen during character creation.
I tried restarting the PS3 as well as deleting the Destiny game data from the PS3 and then re-downloading the update, the compatibility patch, and reinstalling the game. This did not fix the eye color glitch.
Next I tried changing the skin color to the light blue option and the eye color to the bright blue option. When I arrived at the Tower, the eyes were blue like I had chosen.
I then tried changing the skin color back to white but left the eye color the same bright blue. When I arrived at the Tower the eyes were white again and not blue.
Then I changed the skin color back to the light blue option and my eye color to red. When I got back to the Tower the eye color was blue and not red.
Next I tried changing the skin color to red and the eye color to green. At the Tower the eye color had now changed to red to match the red skin color.
So the problem would seem to be that the game outside of the character creator and cut scenes is changing the eye color of female Exos to match the skin color instead of the eye color chosen during character creation.
I was going to submit a bug report directly to Bungie but did not see an option for that on the site, so I am posting it here instead.
