I guess we'll just have to leave it at that. I will still strongly recommend against a vegan diet for body builders due to the sheer effort needed to do that. Eating meat makes it so much easier to reach your macros. And it's not like it's unhealthy to eat meat, but whatever. You do what you want and I'll do what I want.
