Strange Coins
Anyone know what we do with strange coins I herd you can trade them up with a certain vender does anyone know where this vender is

Agent of the nine is in front of the big black doors by the speaker. He sells exotic gear, weapons and vehicle upgrades but has probably left or will be leaving soon. He only comes on weekends.
