engram reward system
As a lvl 24, playing since launch I've put all my effort in building up my Hunter and have been stuck at lvl 24 from not finding any good engrams that actually help. The reward system is blown. No matter if you get the most kills, if you do the best in the crucible, if you get through a strike without dying, you still get nothing?!? I understand that it's random but that's ridiculous. What's the point in trying to be the best in anything if there is no reward system? I know from talking in my fireteam and with friends in general this has made a lot of people upset and has discouraged players from actually trying in the crucible.

Th engrams are not rewards for playing. They are random drops that are rewarding if you get one. You get more marks and rep for winning, that is the reason to try in the crucible. Buy your gear and stop waiting for drops.
