Note: I love this game for what it is. On these forums I have seen a lot of love for destiny, I have seen a lot of hate for destiny, I have seen a small minority sit on the fence and see both sides. The lovers of this game puff up their chests every time you try to even suggest their might be something wrong with this game, with comments like "you already put 60 hours into it so you must like it!" The truth is we all payed for this game so of course we are going to play until our fingers bleed, we are gamers are we not? So far during this battle of wills about destiny I have not seen a single person mention one of the most important things. What else is there to god damn play? Xbox 1 has titanfall but still (you know what I could say about that) along with ps4 there is yet for anything decent to be published on next gen. Destiny is by far the best game on the market, but that doesn't mean it's what bunjie said it was. A game so big you'll never get bored? During beta you could play on earth, this took a few hours to play and was quite fun, but with each planet I could destroy the missions faster and faster. Oh but there's patrol and strikes! The same 3 missions on each planet. Go here and look at this, usually the other side of the map or kill these and collect some of these or just kill these cos I said so. That is not so big I will never get bored, that is bangers beans and mash, always a good idea but very boring when you've had it every night this week. Bunjie made out like you could play this game for a week straight and never do the same thing twice, it is the opposite of this. There is much chatter about this dlc coming soon, what are you puffy chested roosters expecting? Another 5 planets with hours and hours of gameplay? Get real it will be tiny because bunjie can make it tiny and we will pay, we will pay because it's the best game and because we have poured our souls into it. I don't know about all you but I can't wait to go do the same shit we've all been doing somewhere new because I have fun doing it despite its lack of depth.
