My Little Pony RPG. Will it be subscription based?

They aren't going to start charging a fee, the game was advertised as a one time purchase free to play game with no subscription fee, if they all of a sudden started charging for a game that is supposed to be subscription free the community would file a large joint lawsuit against Activision for false advertisement.
