I wouldn't say he "must not be as good as you think" I would at is though he needs a little more practice and get used to the game as it's in it's own league of FPS.

Those were the two options he gave. And the titan is anything but underpowered so.

I wouldn't say the Titan is OP either. All characters can counter each other so the are all balanced.

Nothing counters each other but they are fairly Balanced although titan is the best in pve because of the shield.

Maybe, but all counters are because of the Supers. They can all one shot so they are all balanced. Just depends how you use them
