Since the loot system is frustrating a lot of people I was brainstorming solutions and thought of this.
The top 2 players on each team are given a [b]consumable[/b] XP Bonus for a specific item slot. This would give say 20% (May be too much) of a bounty's XP value toward one specific item slot. Boots, Chest, Heavy Weapon, etc.Then keep actual gear drops totally random as they are now.
This give people an equal chance to obtain new gear while still rewarding top players for their consistency and helps them level up their gear since exotics and legendaries can take quite a long time to level.
Also, by making it a consumable people with lesser gear can save it for when they upgrade to something better and since it only effects one equipped item instead of all equipped items it still adds a bit of a random nature to it without being massively op.
