Vault of Glass Confusion

So I just completed a strike in a level 20 strike playlist and right after that it said that in had unlocked the vault of glass. I'm pretty sure you need to be level 26 for that at minimum... Not 22. Any ideas about this? A bug? Or am I just stupid? (most likely stupid)

It's just letting you know it's there. If you tried to go now it would say you need better gear.
