What does the flood think? Been lifting for about two and half years. Gym average 5 days a week, took a month off here and there for things like sickness (mono etc) or injury from sports or something.

This is a picture that I made about a month ago, basically the picture on the left is after the first day of getting back to working out after shredding my knee, and the picture on the right is about 7 months later. I could take a more recent picture but this is easier to upload.
