Anyone else feeling jipped with the Titan's final jump "upgrade."

Warlocks get to teleport, Hunters can triple jump, and Titans... get a jet pack that's slightly worse than the first one. I don't know maybe I'm using it wrong, but Catapult seems like a complete joke. If I'm wrong please explain.

Extended lift is the only useful one. Control and catapult are useless to me and I tried them all out.
