Destiny Friends List Issue
I logged into my character today and my online friends list was empty even though i had 8 friends playing destiny just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there is a possible fix that i can do so i can go back to playing with friends

3 RepliesIm having the same issue - since august 20 2017 - no friends list (randomly), and i cannot send messages. My brother sees me as offline - whilst were talking on the phone and gaming !!!! - all sensible help most welcome,

1 Replythis just started happening to me this weekend im so confused and I dont know what to do, I deleted some friends as someone suggested farther down but that didnt work, im at a loss.

Ditto on the problem e friends list. They are showing up on PSN friends list but Destiny friends list is blank. Started to notice this the last week or so.

Started for me about a week ago. Intermittent , like every other time i sign on.

close the application destiny turn off your console ,turn it back , delete the app and reinstall the destiny application"update etc" and everything will be fix

Exactly the same for me never happened before - last 2 weeks it's intermittent. Sometimes fine, others there is no one showing despite friends being logged in. Annoying!

1 ReplyAlso experiencing the same issue as of ~ April 15 (2016) to present I have done everything ive read in any forum and the bungie and PS support sites, from 2014 to present. Power cycles, updated modem router firmware, port forwarding, MAC address checking, direct ethernet cable connection. I even went out and bought a whole new modem router to see if I had screwed anything up, same situation occurs. My friends list worked fine prior to the April Update and a while after i downloaded it too. However it now seems it may appear for a second, the moment I log in and float around In Orbit but vanishes quickly after. Or never appears in the first place. On top of this i can see my online friends in the main PS menu, can contact and make a party(but cant talk through mic)/join session but within destiny bringing up the friends list shows absolutely nothing, not even greyed out names?!?!?! Im hoping its something that Bungie needs to patch since its the only thing I can thing of that has significantly changed and seems to be the only thing out of my control that i cannot modify. Please get on top of this Bungie asap. If anyone gets any more ideas or info please dont be afraid to share.

2 RepliesI'm experiencing the exact same issue. I logged out of PS Network and logged back in, it synced my friends list for about 5 seconds then glitched out immediately. Might want to fix this before the April update goes live!

This happened to me today too. I logged out of PSN and logged back in manually this reloaded all my friends. These all then appeared in Destiny friend list.

3 RepliesYeah, I'm having it myself, maybe it's maintenence, but I'm unsure, I'm currently scouring over the internet to find any information about it, regardless - I see people playing in fireteams so it seems to not be effecting EVERYONE... unlike the cryptarch
