Guys, first off... this game needs a Healer Class for PvE, having this, it will allow the game to have an interesting new mode of doing dungeons like in WoW... imagine 10-12 guardians in a RAID against tones of mobs, mini-bosses and huge bosses that can take 30 or 40 minutes to kill with 12 guardians shooting nan stap.
Now a Healer class would have different healing skills, instead of grenades, it would throw healing bubbles that people can take and heal themselves OR have a "healing circle" in the floor so every guardian that stays inside of that huge circle mark, it will be healed. I can see all the guardians stacked in the circle area and shooting every mob and boss around it.
For PvP the healer class would heal less of course otherwise it would be way TOO OP and unstoppable lol.
And for the chat, every MMORPG has to have a Chat feature, to schedule dungeons, events, whatever with other people... communication is really important and this game is lacking of it... don't know, allow a phone app chat for Android and iOS that lets you /shout and invite people from the phone. That can be also used to SELL/BUY items... -> allow Trading between players too!!!!
People will start shouting: "LF 26+ Healer and Titan for Heroic"... wouldn't that be epic? hahaha
The game has potential, improve these things!!! i can assure you people will love it.

Trading would make cave farming a problem and ruin the in-game economy. Healing would be difficult to implement I think. I like some of your ideas though. Boss fights are tiresome as it is. Coming from WoW, I'm used to boss fights taking less than 5 minutes with raid bosses taking between 5-10 (in some cases a little more). I find all the adds annoying myself. Flooding you with adds to deal with doesn't make a boss more interesting, at least to me. Especially if all the boss does is walk around shooting and being a bullet sponge. From what I've read, the raid boss fights are more complicated and use some mechanics, rather than just having tons of hp and adds. I'd like to see more of that in strikes, but the lack of communication would be a problem if one or more players didn't understand the mechanics.
