Finished a Queen's wrath mission recieved a Queen's gaurd vest (Chest Piece) from it. It showed up in the rewards window, after being sent to orbit when mission was over it was in my inventory as well as some rare engrams i picked up during the mission. Went to the tower and everything disappeared. Queen's bounty reward gone, rare engrams gone, house banners gone, glimmer gone. It was like I never did the mission but it still took a token. Was in a fireteam, other player equipped vest while in orbit before we went to the tower and recieved all his items and glimmer from the mission. Anyone else have this issue?
