Edited by Rock-1: 9/25/2014 6:21:33 PMMy Guardian's story seems to be this; Everytime I get a Legendary Engram it's a blue & on the off chance I get a Legendary, it's for another class. So I have to grind Vanguard points and do the crucible (which I really don't have much fun with in the first place, because I don't have 1337 fps comp multiplayer skills), while almost everyone else I know gets exotics and legendary gear off Legendary Engrams. And let's not even start with the fact I've done the raid 2 weeks in a row and gotten a cape, while the rest of the raid got 3-4 drops each both times. The RNG is just out of hand on this game. They really need to tweak the % numbers on this stuff or something.

I think this is one of the big issues overall. With other games you get sweet loot by killing the high end bosses or completing difficult tasks. Other people see your rare armor piece or weapon in game and are like "Whoa, that guy beat so and so to get that" etc. Destiny promised that in the teasers/hype but so far it has not been implemented very well. The fact that major bosses don't even have loot tables is ridiculous.

Yeah didn't they show that type of stuff in the hype videos? Beat a boss, get a chest or a drop? Stormlord rifle dropped IIRC. The game we are playing today doesn't feel anything like that. Oh cool a green rifle from a lv 24 mob, 14 glimmer and weapon parts, thanks.
