I just wish it wasn't so Random but more skill based. They should've made it to where you get one item based on skillful play like having a high number of captures, kills, Assist, and precision kills.
And you get a second item that's completely random but has the possibility to be something awesome. The losing team/poor play should also have the highest percentage to get something good from RNG.
That way, good players are rewarded an item based on skill and a random item while unskilled players are rewarded a random item that has a higher percentage of being a good item.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
