My Guardian's story seems to be this; Everytime I get a Legendary Engram it's a blue & on the off chance I get a Legendary, it's for another class. So I have to grind Vanguard points and do the crucible (which I really don't have much fun with in the first place, because I don't have 1337 fps comp multiplayer skills), while almost everyone else I know gets exotics and legendary gear off Legendary Engrams.And let's not even start with the fact I've done the raid 2 weeks in a row and gotten a cape, while the rest of the raid got 3-4 drops each both times. The RNG is just out of hand on this game. They really need to tweak the % numbers on this stuff or something.
