I can sympathize with how you see it but there are other sides to that argument, like if a player is rewarded whether they try or not what incentive do the bad players have to get better? or is it fair to the good players that they don't get any form of reward for working hard to be better than player x

That is a good point. It's a tough topic to be honest. I still stand by what I said that all players are different and I believe it is wrong to reward someone who is good just because they are a good player and penalize someone cause they don't have the skills. But I see your point there is no incentive for a player to try harder for the sake of the team. You would need a system that would reward team players. Like I said by removing our ability to see what other people are earning removes the number one glaring problem of people being angry because someone else has got something that they have not. But at the same time it is just masking another problem and that is that you don't have to try to gear up. I personally would remove all random loot from the end of each game and just reward crucible points depending on objectives completed like holding a flag site or capturing a flag etc. Also base crucible points on win or loose that would give people an incentive to play better. What do you think?
