PLS means Joe Blow can't go take your engram. It means no fighting over loot at the cave, it doesn't mean your gear is tailored to your play style. Even all the sources read that way.

On what? that a theory isn't right? I didn't mean to sound rude at all, but I don't think that reddit thread is true, even based on its own sources.

That may be true but the odds do not seem flat across the board

I don't see how that proves a thing, other then a RNG with modifiers. Exotics have x%, maybe even some exotics have a higher %, same with legendaries, maybe "base" legendaries have a higher % to drop, or be decrypted, but it isn't based off of your play style.

No I agree that seemed a bit far fetched. I'm sure there are modifiers at work I just wish it would be explained clearly
