let them. If they are moving away from a ten year planned series after just a few weeks due to lack of patience then its a good thing. Bored of whiny little morons crying over anything just because they have a keyboard and need to cry in public. This community is stronger and large than the minority looking to leave, and I have no intention of going anywhere. The ones leaving no doubt will be lining up at midnight to pick up the newest CoD game...which says all I need to know about them!
