I know this is a troll post, but im going to respond seriously. I live in Norfolk Va, home to Peta HQ. We have a high density of vegans here. And knowing them has solidified thefact i will never go vegan. They have to take so many suppliments, and have a hard time staying at a healthy weight, let alonetrying not to eat junk food, all because fo being vega. Anddont even let me count the healthissues they deal with due to mineral andvitamin deficiences, contraryu to popular belief, you cant really suppliment over 50-55% of your needs in pill form. Going vegan is against the nature of the beast, we are omnivores. Im not saying eat meat with every meal, but the protien is good for you.
