We are investigating and are finding some strange results. If you are seeing issues that appear to be related to yesterday's even, please do reply and let us know. That said, a number of the problems being reported in this thread are not related. Keep an eye on @BungieHelp and help.bungie.net for updates. [b]UPDATE:[/b] We are actively investigating this issue, but the fix may require us to target impacted accounts directly. Please supply your information in the thread linked here - http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/70653476 [b]If you have already posted in this thread,[/b] you should already be tracked in our list of accounts to verify. [from the thread linked in this post] [b]UPDATE [9/27]: [/b]The fix we are applying is to solve for players that can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE. This fix will not help those that are already playing and get disconnected with CENTIPEDE errors. We have applied the fix to the majority of the reported accounts, and there is a good chance you can now play. Please test your account and reply to your post here to let us know if it worked! It is especially helpful for us to hear if our fix is allowing you to play. If you are still having problems please be patient as we apply the fix to all impacted accounts.

  • It is 04/11/14 in Melbourne, Australia and I haven't been able to sign on to Destiny on my PS4 since 29/10/14 and I keep getting this message [b]EVERY[/b] time I try: "You have lost connection with the Destiny Servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." What is really happening! And how long is going to take to fix?! Oh, yes I forgot, there is also an [b]insulting[/b] and [b]useless[/b] message underneath the first one: "For more information, visit help.bungie.net." I have been visiting help.bungie.net for [b]DAYS[/b] and gotten [b]NOWHERE!![/b] I have contacted PlayStation Support, Australia and although they have tried to help, the problem is [b] obviously[/b] with Bungie, yet they will [b]NOT[/b] let you contact support directly because that would be [b]HELPFUL!![/b] [b]#FixTheBloodyServers #DoSomethingAboutItBungie #StopSayingGoTohelp.bungie.net[/b]

  • Xbox One evilgummybear66 its been over a month.. well over a month and my account is still locked. I still cannot log into the game that i paid for and you guys are still not addressing it. I'm at a loss of words for my dissatisfaction for all of this. I've posted on so many forums and tried to get your attention but I'm being ignored. I have been locked out of my account since 9/25 yet you guys say you've addressed the issue. Please for the love of god look into my account

  • Gamertag: King Charos Console: Xbox 360, Digital Downloaded Destiny game. Region: West USA, Washington State. ISP: Comcast. 40Mbps Down 23Mbps Up. Errors: Caterpillar, Hawk, and Hare. Info: I've been experiencing the Caterpillar errors like everyone else since the day I bought Destiny. It was fixed around 10-17-14 when the patch went live. I played for 1 week without lags/error codes. Come the 1.0.2.3 or W'E number, on 10-24-14 I started lagging out of Destiny and Xbox LIVE with the error codes Caterpillar about 80% of the time with Hawk and Hare sharing 20%, 10% of the time each.

  • Ps3 In2theVoid_ I think my account got bugged after the last hotfix. When I installed the update it froze then started on its own and deactivated all my downloadable attachments (ghost sparrow armory) now the errors ever since the update none before. Hard copy ghost edition. Also now getting kicked from psn too.

I pick my character and I receive a message telling me I lost connection and online permission, and I may be logged in elsewhere. I just started receiving this message today. I haven't played since Saturday, so this is new.

  • Some things to try: 1. Create a new character and see if you can play on that one. 2. If that works, try this... a. Navigate to http://www.bungie.net b. Log in with your account. c. Navigate to your profile. Does it come up properly, or do you get an error?

    I wen't to work last tuesday and everything worked fine as I knew, then came back friday just for an evening and couldn't log in my main character, I could make new ones but still the game won't log me in. Now I tried again and problem still stands...made my 3rd character but cannot log them in. Internet works fine, other game's work fine, psn/+ the same. .. please help Ps. No error code except that my account may be used somewhere else, and I have not logged in anywhere else...
