I am also currently experiencing this issue. After several strikes yesterday, I went on patrol with a fireteam and BAM, suddenly I was gone and experiencing the same centipede errors as others here. Just tried the Septimus strike 10 minutes back and was also booted back to nowhere land. Legend shows me incorrectly as well, though it does show my attained items from yesterday.
