Ive only seen 1 person who said there account got fixed. 1 person in 3 days is not a good sign BUNGIE. I want compensation for your actions! you broke my game and try and tell me its my network. you obviously don't even know what is going on yet. This in unacceptable. You say you are trying to make the destiny experience better for everyone. What about the people who can't experience anything but this shitty customer service. A forum is no way to address peoples problems.

I agree with the last bit 100%! We need a way to submit tickets to Customer Service like a proper MMO. I know this isn't a traditional MMO, but with connection issues and characters stored on an external server not our HD's we need to be able to submit a help request in a much better way than posting on a public forum where our information get buried under countless posts.
