53 hours and my account is still bugged, if not resolved come Monday I will be contacting Activision for a full refund and commenting on the extremely poor customer service expressed by Bungie and affiliates. [b]I will also discontinue purchasing any products produced or sold by Bungie henceforth.[/b]
This is highly unprofessional, especially with the lack of communication from official sources (we're not even front page on the "News" section.) Its sad because I used to have great respect for Bungie but this is really beginning to show their renewed nature as an amateur company with very little respect for their paying customers. Frankly, I've seen smaller game companies with much better customer interaction and support. Even a restaurant would offer free appetizers for their mistake.
