PLEASE HELP i can't get past the start screen to character select without hitting CENTIPEDE

GamerTag: Bob the Buddy Console: xbox one cant load my lvl 28 warlock. titan and hunter load just fine. warklock gives me centipede error code less than 2 seconds after selecting the character from the char select page.
