Well, first of all I'm not native English speaker, so it's rather hard for me to explain it(you can always google). Lipids of animal origin, proteins, vitamins A, B, D, etc.
My point is you can eat plants as much as you want, but it won't make you healthier.

All of those vitamins are available from vegan sources. I never said eating only plants will make you healthier.

Animal lipids are not. Vitamins kinda are, but to get the same amount as from meat you'll have to eat a lot of your vegan food lol

No you don't. I get 1000mg of B12 for breakfast. Fortified foods and supplements make it easier than ever.
