While looking up a video to see if there was a way to get the glitched ghost under the stairs in the celebrant of oryx ship, I found a video of how to get out of the map. So I did and I explored around. Eventually I found a way to get into the seraphim vault, a place I didn't even know existed. I got inside, found a ghost and looked around. There wasn't much to do but I think it is a bug bungie should know about.
