Yea. The beta install was pretty small, but then it started to fully download in the beta client. Best case scenario that is exactly what the dlc is. Worst case scenario it's already in game.

Destiny the game itself downloads it's own content, the 9mb download may just be what Destiny needs to download the rest. Like a torrent link for instance. It's not proof, not at all.

The download for the DLC [i]pass[/i] is 9.5Mb. As this seems to need clearing up for some people: that's the bit of code that tells the game you've purchased the DLC content and to let you know in-game when it's available. It is not the DLC content itself.
