IMO, the launch content was fine. I'm not one of these whiny brats who complain endlessly about how "little" content we got when, in fact, Destiny has just as much content as any Halo game ever did. There's nothing wrong with one area per planet. People just had their expectations set too high.
However, on-disc DLC is bullshit. It's a manipulative business practice I cannot bring myself to support. On top of that, the expansions have shockingly little content for their price point.
I blame Activision. I cannot reconcile Bungie's past behavior with what's going on now. This has to be Activision's fault.

Sure, they share responsibility for allowing it to happen, but it can't have been their decision. I wonder how much Activision's involvement has influenced things like Marty being fired...
