Haha are you seriously saying that's cutting content? The gate behind the bounty guy was closed before last week, yet it's opened now. How do you know some of these locked doors aren't just free content on a timed schedule? You people jump to conclusions so quickly. You take the first bit of information you get as gospel and spout off nonsense without truly realizing you're wrong the entire time. And even if those areas are for the dlc so what? What you paid for is the core of the game, what is accessible now, that's what you paid for. Why would it be so ludicrous for us to pay for extra content that cost more money to make.
