I'm not blaming the devs. I'm blaming Activision. The story was apparently completely different before activision stepped in, and now it's an utter DLC riddled mess. I preferred halo for having a complete and immersive story... This was just terrible. So yes, it's evil. if that's the way you wish to describe Criticism of business practices.

Yeah but a publisher will always find a way to milk your cow.

And that's why all publishers are the devil. SUPPORT INDIES PEOPLE!

Edited by JasonLeeJames: 9/29/2014 7:20:02 PMYeah but indies only make big games if they use unity.

Not true. Journey was indie, and that won tons of awards. and it told a compelling story without even using dialog, which is amazing. There are other examples, but I'm on my phone and can't really look them up at the moment.

Edited by JasonLeeJames: 9/29/2014 7:39:19 PMSeriously. I can't even. You are a complete moron. Journey was not huge. It doesn't even take 2 hours to beat. Shadow of the colossus is what you are thinking of, journey was fun for 5 seconds. And SotC was boring till you got the upgrades. Awards don't equal greatness. They just mean a bunch of critics like it.

Edited by Sky Sweeper: 9/29/2014 7:39:55 PMNo, I'm not thinking of Shadow of the colossus... that game was boring as hell. I'm talking about the artsy, platformer game "Journey". Also fairly sure Shadow wasn't indie.

Well they only have sofC and ico. So yeah indie. If SotC was boring(it was) journey was worse(it is).
