This is ridiculous. The expansion content is in production right now and all of it is likely in varying states of completion. What is clear is Bungie has a very clear production plan and corresponding schedule for future content. Which is not only the responsible thing to do, but is likely necessary for their production. If they didn't do extensive planning and pre-production, it's likely things would take far longer to get done. It's worth noting that many larger game studios and large game productions work this way.
There is no evidence that the content is done or "on the disc". If it was it would of been included in the final game, or up for sale as DLC right now. Theories about Bungie and Activision withholding finished content is dripping with paranoia. Either way, almost none of us are familiar or experts in game production, or are familiar with Bungie's iteration driven design philosophy, so it's patently ridiculous for anyone to claim Bungie is just sitting on all kinds of new strikes, raids, missions and maps they're happy with and feel ready to ship. Obviously we have every reason to believe the opposite.

Best to just ignore the idiots and wait for the constantly dissatisfied to leave like every other game so we can get back to using the forums for constructive things. You can make all the sense in the world, but listening to reason would mean they might have to stop complaining...

LOL! Many past games have had DLC right on the game disc but they wanted you to "download" it with a fee when all they did was unlock the disc and you got scammed. This is for real folks.

This is for real folks.[/quote] The ethics and realities of what to charge for a game is a large and interesting conversation, but the insistence that the expansion content is finished and just waiting to be unlocked right now on everyone's copy of the game is completely unsubstantiated claim, and seems paranoid.
