By what metric have you determined the game to be wanting?
Is there a standard that all games must meet, or are you merely upset because you feel you are owed more content?
Whether you think there was enough content at release or not how does it relate to Bungie's business practices concerning DLC, besides "There could have been more?"
Do you think that since you consumed all there is to consume at the moment you are owed more for free, immediately? Would that attitude apply in any other game?
The only fair measurement to me will be a look back at Destiny at the end of it's life cycle.
