I doubt it's [i]entirely[/i] cut content. Some areas are already there, but a lot of that is just locked icons possibly for the sole reason of doing that thing where you SHOW stuff to people without the expansion but don't let them ACCESS it. That being said, it's ridiculous seeing how many people are defending this. If ANY OTHER COMPANY other than Bungie did this shit, people would be up in arms.

  • but you can bug into these areas apparently already, with enemies spawning and dead ghosts to find. They are not just place holders on the map but made areas.

  • Can confirm, the areas are there, i found a suspicious door on the right side of the devils lair. Instead of going into the devils lair go to the right of the area, there is an empty building. Go as far as you can and you should come to a closed shopping door. Your mini map will ping enemies on the very far edge though you cant see them.

I was gonna make a comment on the size of the game, but that could mean anything. It could be its size because the areas exist or because they don't. I dunno.
