Can confirm, the areas are there, i found a suspicious door on the right side of the devils lair. Instead of going into the devils lair go to the right of the area, there is an empty building. Go as far as you can and you should come to a closed shopping door. Your mini map will ping enemies on the very far edge though you cant see them.
