because there is also the idea of that thinking ahead of what your dlc is and putting it on the disc so you dont have to DL 6gigs for about 3 hours just to play the game. and even if it wasnt on the disc they would still put it out on the dlc but also gotta rember to any good game thats played online or good mmo know that you dont put everyhting out at once cause then you dont have any content to release when people finished it a millions times and bored and want new content. its a stratgy to keep people playing the game. but imo i would honestly pefer if companys actually did put all there DLC and content on the disc and just locked it so i can avoid the download time for it, and it makes it easier for people whith slow internet.
