Here is why Bungie was not ready. World of warcraft made you wait years for some expansions and you had to pay a subscription free after your 1st 2 week. That alone should show you how generous bungie is being with us. It will be months until the expansion.... and you are very excited to beat the whole game and save the universe as most of us are but until then there is a point where you have to ask yourself one question. If they gave us all of the content available how many people that you know would have stopped playing until they where (finished)? play the parts you like, be a part of community, that's what this game is about not about beating all of the content (yet at least) maybe once more people beat the raid they will start giving out freebie content. and one final note remember back in the days of halo 2 and the map pack that got released as both digital and Disk format? and then how after time had passed bungie had made the content free? They really are the shit #thankyoubungie

  • Their game didn't have 60 bucks worth of content. They sold us "future content"

  • WoW gave you a reason to play, with plenty of content. There was an economy, there was trading, gold, crafting. There were things to do that weren't the same Goddamn mission on a harder difficulty over and over and over.

  • True I know what you mean the economy was nice until one person ran the freaking auction house. And your are also correct about missions, this game is like a glorified pso1 in that sense its the same missions with the same merchants and the same cutscenes on (pick your difficulty here button) and you would start a loading screen and then you would do it and try to do it better than the last time with the hopes of finding better gear or a new spell. I love games like that especially with friends. its like the golden years all over again. Its simple and the best part is you can still wreck face at pvp and be lvl 8. im sorry but that's what this game is story alone took me 2 nights of prime time gaming to beat and after that its either casual pvp or friends are online so we can do missions to try and get better stuff. it is a cycle that just works for some gamers but not for all I guess.
