You're missing the point. The price isn't the problem, I'm sure the majority of people who have purchased the regular edition of Destiny would be more than happy to fork their money over to Activision if they didn't feel they were being nickled and dimed.
It's all about the principle. If in fact these two expansions were developed and were included in the disc then people have a right to be upset about being locked out of content that they have in essence already paid for.
Consumers have wised up to these practices which ran rampant last gen -Resident Evil 5 anyone?- now I won't be hasty in making negative comments about Activision or Bungie, I'll take a wait and see approach.
