I don't know man. I prefer to spend my time having fun playing the game as opposed to doing research on how to stir up crap against Bungie. I have over 70 hours of gameplay on it already, and that's far less than the hundreds of thousands of other gamers that are also enjoying the game. They produced a great game that is addicting to play. I pre-bought the season passes so my game cost about $90. Even if they didn't include the season passes, I'm running about $1.29/hr cost of entertainment and it's still going. The content we have for the base $59.99 is plenty. I still have two other classes to play and a ton of grimoire left to collect. My advice is just to be happy with what you have. It's a lot more fun being positive and focusing on what is good.

......Bungie screwed the pooch on this one. Cash grabs are common now with micro transactions, but to have shipped a game that was less than 8 hours of real game play is a new low. What are folks expected to do with a game with %60 DLC in the box? Seriously, if Bungie sold cars...they sell you one with no tires or engine, make you push it off the lot and paint it at home.

"haters"? actually ....theyre called "intelligent consumers"
-
Who apparently pre-ordered because every review covers the amount and repetitiveness of the existing content. And yet, they are the "intelligent" consumers?
-
:), correct
-
EXACTLY! Let's let the haters hate. I'm loving this game! And the fact that they added content on the disc that I purchased just means they had their act together and produced the download content early, ready on release date. GOOD FOR THEM!
-
Publishers sure love people like you. If you want to throw your money through the window, more power to you. Smart consumers will just have to vote with their wallet and maybe some day, such silly tactics won't be the standard anymore.
-
It comes down to whether you think the game as it was released was worth $59.99. To me it was! I still haven't capped my first character. New content was already added, (Queen's Wrath) and I've been playing the game non-stop since release. I've gotten my money's worth already! Added content down the road, (whether it's on the disc already or not IS irrelevant to me) should be worth it, but we won't know until it happens. If you think it wasn't worth your money, that's your opinion and your wallet. i completely agree, vote with it. I will continue to play the game I love.
-
Except you'll have to buy that content that you already "have"

Edited by ARTESTE: 9/29/2014 2:06:58 PMSo your ONLY gripe is it's location, on the disc. If they completed it and it was still on their computers and you had to download it then all would be well. To me location is irrelevant, to you it is. So be it.
-
If its on the disk that I actually own then thats a way bigger issue than them keeping it back to release later but both are still not acceptable at all
-
Last reply, not worth more time to argue... So you'd rather they wait until the last moment to do DLC, rather than bust a## and get it done early... They decided such an amount would be in the original game, DONE. Now let's work on what will be expansion material, OH, we're ahead of schedule... let's just give it away! That's just plain stupidity.

Dlc shouldn't be even thought about until after launching a game. They have 10 years right? Why not give us a reason to keep playing by giving us what we paid for instead of just locking it away for more money
