Can you read?

So you're saying the content is a whole 6.9mb big? Are you that simple? Clearly it's already there and they are making us pay for a key.

Why do you seem to think that they would have the total file size of unfinished content? I know this game is only rated Teen, but come on, try to think with at least high school logic.
