First intelligent post you've made. It's also the first post where you've explained what you think of as content, which helps. I'm not going to continue explaining this, because at this point you have your opinion and I have mine and you seem to show some wierd disdain for my opinion, because it differs from yours. I'm telling you what I've seen not what I think happens but what I've actually witnessed in my job with my own eyes.

Actually you have yet to say anything other than what I say is misinformation. I don't have disdain for an opposing viewpoint if it actually offered any depth. So far all you have just said I was wrong. You have provided only one thing in terms of a viewpoint other than you are right and I am wrong but offered nothing to support that claim other than you "work in the industry". Nothing elaborated, nothing explained. As for content, techniclly if they added a new model for a tree and put it in some obscure part of the game that would be new content, but seriously, it isnt. Content is the sum of the parts. And that content is not currently present on the Disc or network or those videos of people glitching would be a lot less buggy.

I used to run a private server for WoW. Everything you have said is total BS and I am laughing at you. You are trying to say that the games server operates as the games engine. This is absolutely laughable. Anyone that knows anything about a games server knows that its only function is to bring players into the same game world.
