No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
-Socrates
Sounds like you need a new hobby.

Edited by PietjeVM: 10/2/2014 5:50:48 AMMany athletes say vegan works better for them (does the gif work?)
-
Non-vegan.
-
Because there are more non vegans, so there's a bigger chance the most extreme person is non vegan
-
Cause that's what works best.
-
If you eat the right nutrients, why would vegan be bad?
-
Veganism isn't bad, there are just more effective methods for bodybuilding.
-
You know you live longer if you don't take too much proteins, don't you? The faster you grow, the faster you die.
-
That's probably true, but I'm not looking to extend my life as much as shorten it.
-
What if you eat vegan and take supplements?
-
Supplements(protein etc.) are generally derived from plants, so to get that animal protein(it's more effective) you have to eat meat.
-
When animal protein is more effective, why can't you just take MORE plant protein?
-
Quality>quantity
-
So YOUR muscles are more important than thousends of animals and people?
