There are none and it's not healthy. Go vegetarian but vegan is just hard on the body. Also, the global warming craze is just dumb.

Why would it be unhealthy if you get all the nutrients?

That would require you to almost non-stop eat as a vegan, which 99% don't do. It's hard on the body to consume that much of anything when you can get a much more condensed form from cheese and milk.

Actually it's not hard at all and you can't argue about that when you didn't try it.
