Vegans generally don't kill insects. If you have any evidence for suffering in plants, please share it. If you think going vegan would cause an economic collapse then you don't understand economics very well. It wouldn't happen overnight. It would be a gradual shift, and the economy would move with it. Economic collapses usually only occur when we can't prepare for them.
