Was born and raised vegan till I was 28 years old . And I would never go back! As a man you need the protein , vegan diet is not healthy for a man unless you want increased estrogen levels that make you an emotional turd, and only want to have little girls for children. Eating healthy in general is key but having a nice medium rare steak after a 15 mile run or awesome night with the wife is the best. Eating a damn salad and calling it the meal is sad. Salad is the promissory note that real food will follow lol that's why restaurants give it first.

For someone who claims to have been vegan for 28 years, you have a limited grasp of the lifestyle. Either you aren't being truthful, or your parents were terribly uneducated about nutrition -- in which case it's no wonder you think it's unhealthy.

Couldn't agree more it caused my depression to be worse than ever when I was young. Once I finally ate meat I was fine , and felt stronger and healthy.
