I'm only up to Venus and don't know everything about the game and was wondering do I need the expansion packs or do the raids come later on in the game?

U have to reach lvl 24 or 26 then it gets unlocked

Just keep doing the campaign and bounties till lvl 20 then just hope u get good armor drops for light
