Who agreed to the terms of the contract and signed the contract with Activision? Bungie. Because of that Bungie is fully responsible for what Destiny is and isn't. They put themselves into the situation (favorable or unfavorable) and others throwing blame at Activision for perceived imperfections is just them wanting an easy scapegoat.

 •
Who agreed to the terms of the contract and signed the contract with Activision? Bungie.
Which proves nothing in regards to the argument. Bungie may own the IP, but does not guarantee they have full creative freedom.

 • Actually it proves everything in regards to the argument. If they signed away creative freedom, that is on Bungie.
