Can a sub lvl 20 character get queen legendary?
If I take a sub 20 level character through a queen's mission, would he get a Legendary reward? I would like to get a BP and helm before she disappears for my Titan.

Ok, thanks for the heads up guys. Guess I might have to do some fast game play if I want my Titan to get in before the time is up.

You need to be a minimum of level 21 to enter the Queen's Wrath missions

I don't believe the character can run it before hitting level 20. It just shows as being locked out on the map screen.
