Disconnects - Xbox One

I've had a strike drop out with the boss at 1/4-1/8 of his health left and had the game boot me out multiple times in the last week. It just happened minutes ago, leading to this post. I've followed all the directions from the "networking" help page, opened ports, set up a static IP address on my Xbox 1. The issue has not gone away, only reared its head at the most inopportune time. What am I supposed to do to make this go away? I'm so frustrated right now, and have been for weeks. If anyone can help me out, or tell me how to get an actual person from Bungie to help, I would greatly appreciate it.
